Hi Fiona,

When deselecting rooms do you click on the rooms you wish to deselect one by one?
There is a quicker way of doing this by clicking on the school name at the top of the list, this will deselect everything below and then you can expand the area that the individual room is in and highlight the one room you wish to report on.
