1...Is there a list somewhere of all the equipment icons that have been created? Sometimes it takes a while going through different categories trying to find a suitable icon. A definitive list and the path to the icon would be very handy.
2...How do we know when you add new icons? If an icon becomes available in the future for something I add now as 'Other Hardware' how do I know?

Hi Pete,

1) At the moment there is no 'definitive list' as such. However, we are currently putting the finishing touches on a new 'add item' interface which should be releasing at the end of this week assuming all goes well. This includes the ability to search the items available as well as browsing them using a revised set of categories. That should make it easier to find what you're looking for.

2) Good point. To address this we will include a list of new items in our future release announcements - that should ensure you stay up to date with the latest additions.

1… Icon Request: Could we have a desktop & tower base unit icons (no VDU).

2… How do I update the icons? I want to put the new toaster icon on something that is already on the inventory as ‘other kitchen equipment’ but there is no CHANGE TYPE button to allow me to make the change.

1. The most common scenario for a PC is keyboard/case/monitor which is how we represent them.

2. The data is not currently setup to allow you to change between those two types but we will include this in our next monthly update.
