Hi Pete,

in answer to your queries:

1) Moving objects (either hardware or containers, such as rooms or people) around within the infrastructure is easy. Enter the object that you want to move, in this case a Teacher. You will see an icon to the right of the object name that is an orange button with a picture of a pair of scissors. This is the cut button.

Click on the cut button and you should see a clipboard appear on the right hand side of the screen (this may already exist if you have cut or copied other objects). The object itself won't move until you select a new destination so don't worry that it is still in the same place or if you cancel the move by clearing the clipboard.

Now move into the room or area where you want to move the object to. Click paste on the clipboard to the right and the clipboard screen will be displayed. Make sure that the item you want to move is ticked and that the operation is correct (move in this case, although it can be changed to copy if you would prefer to keep the original in place).

Next click on the "Paste selected" button and the object should appear where you are in the infrastructure.

The clipboard can hold many items at once so you can copy and paste objects in groups, just tick the objects that you want to move and/or copy and untick the rest.

2) At the moment there is no way to remove items in bulk. However, you don't have to enter each item (in this case, staff member) to delete them, you can use the small delete (minus sign) button on each items small icon. In addition, if you need to find staff members in different rooms you can use the search to search for, for example, "staff members". (you don't need the quotes in th search box).

I hope this has answered your questions, if you have any problems please don't hesitate to ask.
