Parago are delighted to announce that you have received a free upgrade to either Academy Asset Manager or School Inventory Manager dependent on whether you are an Academy or a School.
The new system has a contemporary fresh look and feel, with new features following consultation with academies, schools and auditors during 2014. These include:
New streamlined interface with to Modules, Helpdesk and Tools which has replaced the old shortcuts menu and the right hand menu
Eight new standard reports which can be modified for your own use
Optional capitalised asset flag
New Contracts Manager module

A New streamlined interface with Shortcuts to Modules, Helpdesk and Tools which has replaced the old shortcuts menu and the right hand menu.
Modules provides access to users, CSV importer, disposal, Power Consumption, Contents valuation, License manager and the new Contracts Manager Module.
Helpdesk enables you to create and view tickets.
Tools provides access to Alerts, Undo, Preferences, Images and Documents.
A new section has been added to reports named 'Standard Reports' This contains eight standard reports which can be run or modified for your own use. These include
All Agent Managed PCs
Assets older than 5 years in the next 12 months
Assets purchased in the last 12 months
Contracts expiring in the next 3 months
Costs, with the ability to add categories if required
Cost and Depreciation
Capitalised Assets with Cost and Depreciation
Warranty expires in next 12 months
There is a new capitalised asset flag that can be used to identify whether an asset is capitalised or not. When you add an asset you will be able to specify this in the first screen. You can also edit the flag for any existing assets. This flag can then be used to run reports on capitalised assets or to use the standard report 'Capitalised Assets with Cost and Depreciation'
There is a now a full Contract Manager module which can be accessed from Modules in Shortcuts. This enables you to create and manage contracts with purchase information, start, finish and renewal dates and contract types and many other contract fields You will also be able to run contracts reports within the reporting system or alternatively you can use the new standard report entitled 'Contracts expiring in the next 3 months' and modify if required for your own use. Anybody who is managing existing contracts using the previous version of the contract manager will now see all these existing contracts managed from within the full Contract Manager module.
