Try out the new advanced reports!

We are currently in the testing phase for a new advanced report type. This report type, “Asset List (filtered)”, is similar to the standard Asset list but includes a rule-based filter to select specific assets. The assets can be selected using any of the asset details. For example, you could select all assets with a “replacement date” within one month.
As part of our testing we are asking users to log in to our test site and create some filtered asset reports. This will give you a chance to try out the new reports and give us some feedback whilst also allowing us to stress test the new system prior to release.
To login to the Beta test site please go to http://beta.itvision.net and login with your usual login and password. We have copied account data from the live site so that you can test the new reports with your current data. Any changes you make to your data on the test site will not carry over to the live site so don’t worry about making major changes during testing. At the same time, remember not to make necessary changes to the test site and then not make them to the live site.

There is a banner at the top of the test site to make it clear which site you are using. Be aware that the test site may go offline occasionally to add necessary updates. We will try to give advance warning in the banner if this is going to happen.
