Ignoring Alerts

Hi,

I'm getting 100's of alerts everyday for menial things such as change of IP Address etc.

Is there a way of filtering out such alerts?

There appears to be a button listed in the "Action Key" Legend - but I can't find the button to press (if that makes sense?)

Hi David,

You can turn off specific alerts for your account by going into the 'Your Preferences' section from the home screen, and then into the alerts tab. Further information about what each individual alert does can be found in the manual within the help section.
