Machines not registering

We have recently installed 120 new laptops on the network but although they have been used, and parago was observed installing itself during setup, they have not appeared ready to be moved to their location.
Some of them have, however, been reporting changes back to the monitoring side. Any suggestions?

No all machines are XP. Other desktops installed at same time have registered and tablets running XP tablet did register themselves. These were done after the laptops. We have sent out new msi but nothing back so far. laptops have been on and off for 2 weeks so should have had time to audit and register,

is the parago service started in the computer management screen on the laptops?

Service not installing properly. Have redone config file and adding new msi to policies for machines. Will see what happens tomorrow.
