New Parago Mobile Features

We have added 3 new features to Parago Mobile. The first is the ability to search for an asset by its name instead of searching through the categories for the appropriate icon. The second is that you can see the last 12 assets added to your account, allowing you to create multiple assets of the same...

If a machine is re-imaged and subsequently re-deployed, then it is ...

Re: Server Based

Hi Stephen, Providing local installs of Parago is something we have been asked for before and there are several reasons why this isn't a service we provide. The main reason is that the Parago system doesn't run on a single server. We have servers dedicated to the handling of the front end website, a...

Re: Ignoring Alerts

Hi David,

You can turn off specific alerts for your account by going into the 'Your Preferences' section from the home screen, and then into the alerts tab. Further information about what each individual alert does can be found in the manual within the help section.

Regards,
Colin

Re: Exception Report

Hi Augie, The only way to get a list currently is to use the software licence manager to create a Silverlight licence that will show you which PC's have it installed. The ability to report on PCs based on their installed software has been suggested as part of our upcoming reporting development, and ...

Re: Move command

Hi, To cut and paste an asset, you first need to initially navigate into the asset and click the scissors located in the top right of the asset information window. It sounds like you're clicking on the 'Parago Man' which is located on the picture of the PC itself, which will prompt you to disconnect...
