CSV files

Whenever I produce a report in CSV format, Excel refuses to treat it as a proper CSV file. It looks okay, there are items in quotations marks, separated by commas, but I can't get Excel to recognise it as such. Is it to do with leading spaces in the report format? I've even tried renaming it as a "....

UN-grouping

Some time ago, there was a discussion about ungrouping objects which Parago had grouped together. For instance, I havr an ICT suite of 6 individual computers, and three groups of various quantities of computers. I'd like to ungroup them all, so I can see each individually.

Interesting thought, Nick. In Newham, we use Sophos, and the latest version uses Enterprise Console, which allows us to do the same things, but in addition, it allows us to push AV out to the workstations. However, it might be useful to have this information available via Parago, so that it can form...

How strange. I applied the agent to a suite of 18 machines, and I got a group of 3, a group of 8, and the rest were single units.

I tried to cut one out of a group and paste it into the room, but it just went back into the same group. Grrr :(
